This design work was to produce modulized methods of the artificial ground greening system, funded by Seoul Development Institute, South Korea. I was involved in the development of the concept, logo design, conceptual plan, graphic design, and final report. This modulized design produced a design patent (application no. 1020100060718, Mar. 21, 2012).

For this project, my focus was to make a landscape design forms directly responding to architectural design shape as well as to embed the landscape concept and program based on our design. This was my experimental approach to combine form, concept, program more organically. I was involved in the development of whole landscape design (master plan, perspective views, and 3D simulations). 2010 | Student Team Work

This is our submission for the International Design Competition for the Magok Waterfront in Seoul, Korea. We researched the natural and artificial filtration system of water to make gathered river water to become usable water for various activities (swim, clean, irrigation, fountain, etc.). We also tried to suggest this filtration system as an educational program for citizens and playground for children.

This is architectural competition and I worked as a project manager in Landscape part. My advisor and I researched design form of Architecture and suggested "Wave" concept to respond to architectural form and local conditions.

2008 | LUL professional work

We, a professional network team with several landscape architectural companies, suggested the strategies to make a growing park instead of just a big park through this international competition. My role was to be involved in the development of conceptual idea and renderings. I practiced several graphic styles relevant to our concept and overall design form.

2006 | Student Team Work

This was a team design work, which also received design award (Prize for Excellence) from the 3rd National Exhibition of Korean Landscape Architecture 2006, South Korea. The design suggested the new types of the park located in Gangnam district of Seoul, Korea. Our design provided new parking programs that were associated with New neologism and urban lifestyle.

2005 | Student Team Work | Design Course

The site was occupied by typical water purification plants, including a water-purification basin, clean water reservoir, concentrator, and regulator. Our design was to provide additional furniture that named as "Funnel Park", which could collect rainfall and translate it to new landscape and entertainment program.

2015 | Texas A&M | Professional work

This Africa project was to build a Biomedical Industrial City in Nakuru, Kenya. I was involved in the development of the research, conceptual planning, and logo design.
